John A Lever, Managing Partner

Mr. Lever has over 20 years of experience in business and founded the Lever Group in 2004. His experience in management consulting includes supporting clients, managing programs and leading practice teams at BearingPoint, KPMG and KPMG Consulting. Mr. Lever has also served as Chief Information Officer for Navix Radiology Systems, a multi-state health care firm. Mr. Lever is a community advocate in Washington DC and previously served as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for the DC Government. 

Melisa Northern, Director of Service Delivery

Ms. Northern is passionate about building high performing teams and driving organizational change. For more than 15 years, she has been providing strategic planning, organizational change management and project management in both the public and private sectors. Her depth of experience includes specialties in communications planning, media relations, crisis communications, writing, website development, stakeholder relationship management and project management.

 

Franklin Nauer, Director of Operations

Mr. Nauer has over 25 years of experience and leadership in federal and commercial sectors. His experience includes supporting clients, managing programs and leading several successful multi-location teams in a matrixed environment. Mr. Nauer has strengths in Project Management and Control, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, and Organizational Assessment.
