Specifically we support our clients in Office of Management and Budget compliance (OMB Exhibit 300, OMB Reporting, and OMB Capital Planning & Investment Control -CPIC), Federal Enterprise Architecture & Federal IT Security Policy.

Position:	Experience & Education:	Description:
Analyst	Two (2) years of management consulting or government leadership experience. Four (4) year Bachelor's Degree; Business or Management focus preferred.	Work with team members on projects to deliver solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a quick learner and a self-starter. Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills are mandatory. This position is based in DC and may require some travel. US Citizenship is required.
Consultant	Three (3) to Seven (7) years of direct consulting or government leadership. Proven professional client relationship management and interaction is essential. Experience in Federal Enterprise Architecture, IT Security Policy and Procedures, or IT Capital Planning is highly preferred. Four (4) year Bachelor's Degree; Business or Management focus preferred.	The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work directly with our clients, to manage project tasks and implement management solutions. The ideal candidate is driven towards excellence and achievement. Proven and demonstrable communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills are mandatory. This position is based in DC but some travel is required. US Citizenship is required.
Manager /Project Manager	Eight (8) years minimum work experience with four years of direct project management experience. Working knowledge of Federal Enterprise Architecture, IT Security Policy and Procedures, or Federal Capital Planning experience is preferred. Proven professional client relationship management and interaction is essential. Previous consulting or government employment is preferred. Four (4) year Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree highly preferred.	This person will be responsible for managing program activities for federal clients. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, resources allocation and project tasks. The operations of a program management office, perform support tasks and maintain financial records (including project bookkeeping and client invoicing). The applicant must demonstrate past experience and success in program management of similar scope and size. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time and will be energetic, detailed orientated, extremely well-organized, independent/self starter, and posses an excellent business acumen. Knowledge of US government DCAA invoicing requirements is desirable.
