On January 2011, the Lever Group and Ernst & Young LLP entered in to a Mentor Protege Program with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The DHS Mentor-Protégé program is designed to motivate and encourage large business prime contractor firms to provide mutually beneficial developmental assistance to small business and small disadvantaged business concerns.
